Three Questions to Ask Yourself
I ran across three questions today that I thought were worth sharing. What do I know to be true? What am I assuming? And what is the most honest next action? I like them because they force you to separate facts from assumptions and then decide what you should actually do about it. That's it. I just thought they were worth remembering.
1. What do I know to be true?
2. What am I assuming?
3. What is the most honest next action?
The power is in the sequence. The first question forces you to separate facts from feelings, rumors, and interpretations. The second exposes the assumptions that may be driving your conclusions. The third forces you to stop analyzing and do something constructive based on reality.
