Aptora Corporation sends text messages (SMS/MMS) to the owners, managers and staff of contracting businesses about their own Flat Rate Plus Online® quote, invoice, account and support requests. These are business-to-business transactional messages. This is not a marketing program: we send no unsolicited offers or promotions.
Only people at a contracting business (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) who have contacted Aptora about Flat Rate Plus Online®, or who already hold a paid account with us, and who gave us their mobile number for this purpose. We do not text consumers or homeowners under this program.
Consent is always given verbally, in a direct conversation with an Aptora representative. Your mobile number comes from you. It is never purchased, rented, appended or obtained from a third party. There are three situations:
